For Nathan and Carla, the future is in the pizza

Nathan Munier and Carla Papadopoulos have taken over Anthony Roux’s Pizza di Roma pizzeria in Bouillargues.

Nathan, 23, worked from the age of 17 as a pizza delivery boy in Nîmes. After a qualitative training in 2017, he practiced his profession in several pizzerias in Nîmes. He then went to Switzerland for three months to perfect his knowledge and learn other recipes.

Carla, 22, followed Nathan to Switzerland and worked in ready-to-wear. She started in the delivery to the pizzeria, which also allowed her to train later in the preparation of pizzas.

For a long time, the couple had been looking for an opportunity to start their own business and found it in Bouillargues.

However, the couple intends to develop their business, in particular by installing the installation of machines in the south of France in addition to those installed in the town and Caissargues.

Two collaborators, Enzo and Tiffany, accompany the managers.

In addition, at the beginning of May, Carla and Nathan will set up once a month “the pizza of the moment”. An extension of the lunch menu with “Italian panuozzo sandwiches and salads” as well as festive events in collaboration with local merchants, on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday lunchtime.
