With more than 30 outdoor seats in the heart of the Jasmin-Auteuil district, the 38 offers artisanal Roman pizzas (thin and crispy dough). The homemade is in the spotlight both for the pizza dough worked by hand and for the toppings based on fresh and quality products.
During the summer season, the restaurant expands its menu. From April to October, summer dishes such as beef carpaccio, cherry tomatoes and parmesan, Italian antipasti salads appear alongside pizzas. A good way to enjoy an outdoor break in this popular district of the capital.
Thierry Castex took over LE 38 PIZZA at the beginning of 2018. He shapes his dough pieces daily in an artisanal way with very high quality Italian flour. This essential ingredient and a recipe certified by the French School of Pizzaiolo (EFP) provide a unique taste to its pizza dough. It is thanks to a period of growth of four to five days that the pizza dough develops all its aromas, for an exceptional taste in order to obtain a soft and crispy pizza. For lovers of original recipes, this pizzeria regularly highlights limited edition compositions such as Pizza Poire Gorgonzola and Speck, Pizza Pancetta or Pizza Pomodori and Ricotta. As for antipasti, this family restaurant offers a wide choice of plates of grilled Italian vegetables and creamy Burrata.
