Part °1 – Recipe: Pasta with pizza-style sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 C. at s. olive oil
350g crushed tomatoes with herbs
1 C. c. oregano
½ bunch of basil
100g grated mozzarella
Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Fry them in hot olive oil. Cut the salami into strips and add to the garlic and onion mixture. Add the crushed tomatoes and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, add the oregano and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Wash, dry then chop the basil into thin strips. Sprinkle the sauce with grated mozzarella and basil.
