In a word of circumstance, Abdellatif Miraoui highlighted the importance of this memorandum for giving new impetus to bilateral cooperation relations in the fields of scientific research and innovation, through rapprochement between the universities of the two countries, the exchange of expertise and experience and the encouragement of student and researcher mobility.
This initiative, he added, is an opportunity to develop scientific research programs in areas of common interest, such as green energy, sustainable agriculture, health and modern industries.
For his part, Orit Farkash-Hacohen said that this memorandum, which is part of the “Joint Declaration” of December 22, 2020, opens up promising prospects for bilateral cooperation.
